netgear WG111V2 driver for Win 98 for NDISwrapper

I am trying to use a Netgear WG111V2 WLAN adapter with NDISwrapper in Ubuntu 9.10. I found some detailed instructions on how to implement this, but it was pointed out that one should use the Win98 driver, as XP and later drivers have problems. My problem is, that I do not find such a driver (*.inf), not on the netgear site, nor via Google etc. I just get windows setup files, zip files, but no *.inf file for Win98. Installing on a Windows system and copying the *.inf (if there is any!) file to the Ubuntu system, I get an error message: invalid file. Does anybody now a link where to get a functioning driver?
Thank you

The Windows98 driver is in the Zip file.

Download the zip file at:
http://kbserver.netgear.com/release_notes/D102843.asp

When you extract the zip file to the desktop as the instructions say at: http://www.ubuntugeek.com/how-to-ins...untu-edgy.html

You will find the Windows98 inf and sys files in the Driver directory, under the Win98 subdirectory.

The path will be: Driver\Win98\net111v2.inf and Driver\Win98\net111v2.sys
