need help in addding wireless lan driver d-link dwl-g650+ on thosibha tecra 8000
 

i have in notebook thosibha tecra 8000 and intalling linux redhat fredora core 2 and the spec is :
Pentium II memory 128mb and i success install ling fedora core 2 in my note book well, but when i try to adding lan card wicth is hardware are PCMCIA Realtek RTL8139D(L) and D-link DWL-G650+ but,
:confused: when installing PCMCIA Realtek RTL8139D(L) have a problem with starting it may be in compitible or else and
w:confused: hen installing D-link DWL-G650+ there is no choice for driver and i still exit it,
what seem to be problem?
i new from this sistem operating system,
i need detail in intalling those PCMCIA card ,star in detail irc and else,link for those guide intalling and,if there i have to installing new of fedore core, and where i can fine the cd seller a new version in indonesia especially in jakarta, with that detail im exist intalling in my notebook, i donk try in other notebook or laptop, couse there will be more spend money again cause i live in poor family:twocents : , thank you for helping me with that. im happy :) if u can helping me thank.s b4r :D

If you do a

with inserted wlan pcmcia card dwl-g650+ you will have a line with "Texas Instruments ACX111" or so if your card is Revision Ax or Bx.

I think this is the chipset of the dwl-g650+.

For this chipset there is a linux driver project "acx111" on sourceforge.net.

May be in Fedora Core 2 there is a package "acx111" to install, I don't know, because I have no Fedora Core 2.
