http://ndiswrapper.sourceforge.net/ Check out this site. Ndiswrapper is supposed to support your card. You might need to recompile your kernel though depending on the number after 2.4.

No we won't email you since then nobody else who has the same problem as you can find it here.

you need madwifi from cvs.sourceforge.net It is the only real native linux driver for your card.

i have a DWL-520+ on Fedora Core 4 i386 and i have it hardwired at the moment and wondering if i could get some help with setting it up ive looked for 2 days for other posts/guides for this but something always ends up erroring if i fallow their directions.. it might be i just dont know how to use this but ive had several people help me withthis issue andno luck..

System specs
- p4 640 (3.2 HT/64 bit) im not running 64bit though
-1 gig of ram
-Nvidia GeForce 6600 (pci-e)
-ECS 915p-a v 1.2 Motherboard

ill try anything you guys can get to work!
ive TRIED
-madwifi (cant install it with yum maybe i dont know how)
-ndiswrapper (cant find directions for FC4 i tried for other linux distros)
-acx100 (i dont know where these files go!)

im using KDE and it was installed yesterday lspci shows networkcards like this

02:01.0 Network controller: Texas Instruments ACX 100 22Mbps Wireless Interface
02:0a.0 Ethernet controller: Realtek Semiconductor Co., Ltd. RTL-8169 Gigabit Ethernet (rev 10)

the 1st one is my DWL-520+
