Did you check the wiki to see if you are loading the correct version of the driver? The correct driver is almost never the one on the CD and even if it is, sometimes you have to use the Windows 2000 version or the Windows XP version. Also, sometimes thare are special instructions like removing and reloading the USB kernel module.

Assuming that has been taken care of, what kind of card is it?

Look, thanks for your answer, i want to use my modem by USB to connect to the Net, i will show my /proc/bus/usb/devices:
Code:
T: Bus=03 Lev=00 Prnt=00 Port=00 Cnt=00 Dev#= 1 Spd=12 MxCh= 2
B: Alloc= 0/900 us ( 0%), #Int= 0, #Iso= 0
D: Ver= 1.10 Cls=09(hub ) Sub=00 Prot=00 MxPS= 8 #Cfgs= 1
P: Vendor=0000 ProdID=0000 Rev= 2.06
S: Manufacturer=Linux 2.6.12-586-vs2.0 uhci_hcd
S: Product=VIA Technologies, Inc. VT82xxxxx UHCI USB 1.1 Controller (#2)
S: SerialNumber=0000:00:10.1
C:* #Ifs= 1 Cfg#= 1 Atr=c0 MxPwr= 0mA
I: If#= 0 Alt= 0 #EPs= 1 Cls=09(hub ) Sub=00 Prot=00 Driver=hub
E: Ad=81(I) Atr=03(Int.) MxPS= 2 Ivl=255ms

T: Bus=03 Lev=01 Prnt=01 Port=00 Cnt=01 Dev#= 3 Spd=12 MxCh= 0
D: Ver= 1.10 Cls=ff(vend.) Sub=00 Prot=00 MxPS=64 #Cfgs= 1
P: Vendor=0572 ProdID=cb01 Rev= 1.00
S: Manufacturer=-
S: Product=USB NET CARD
S: SerialNumber=00000386
C:* #Ifs= 1 Cfg#= 1 Atr=c0 MxPwr= 80mA
I: If#= 0 Alt= 0 #EPs= 7 Cls=00(>ifc ) Sub=00 Prot=00 Driver=(none)
E: Ad=81(I) Atr=03(Int.) MxPS= 64 Ivl=4ms
E: Ad=01(O) Atr=03(Int.) MxPS= 64 Ivl=4ms

E: Ad=03(O) Atr=02(Bulk) MxPS= 64 Ivl=0ms
E: Ad=84(I) Atr=03(Int.) MxPS= 8 Ivl=4ms
That's the important part, the Bus=03. Look this:

Code:
P: Vendor=0572 ProdID=cb01 Rev= 1.00
S: Manufacturer=-
S: Product=USB NET CARD
S: SerialNumber=00000386
C:* #Ifs= 1 Cfg#= 1 Atr=c0 MxPwr= 80mA
I: If#= 0 Alt= 0 #EPs= 7 Cls=00(>ifc ) Sub=00 Prot=00 Driver=(none)
In driver should says 'ndiswrapper', but i always get an error, this time was different, i change my kernel from 2.6.8 to 2.6.12 (Precompiled one)

Code:
ghostbar:/home/ghostbar/docs/driversmodem# dmesg |grep ndiswrapper

ndiswrapper (ndiswrapper_load_driver:92): loadndiswrapper failed (11); check system log for messages from 'loadndisdriver'
usbcore: deregistering driver ndiswrapper
And it says the same thing 4 or 5 times more... BUT now doesn't show the udev problem... Any Idea?...

EDIT:

Oh, and checking the /var/log/syslog i found this:

Code:
Sep 15 12:44:16 localhost loadndisdriver: loadndisdriver: load_driver(317): file cnxdslwz.dll is ignored
Sep 15 12:44:16 localhost loadndisdriver: loadndisdriver: load_driver(317): file cnxunist.exe is ignored
Sep 15 12:44:16 localhost kernel: ndiswrapper (ndiswrapper_load_driver:92): loadndiswrapper failed (11); check system log for messages from 'loadndisdriver'
And i have that things, should i install that with 'ndiswrapper -i file'? or put that in ndiswrapper directory?... or something?...
