You need the .inf driver which is on your installation cd.

Download ndiswrapper source.

Code:
tar -zxvf ndiswrapper-"version number here without quotation marks"
cd ndiswrapper-"version number"
make install
ndiswrapper -i /cdrom/"driver file"
ndiswrapper -m
After the installation you need to configure your connection. For setting it manually and static you can use this commands:
Code:
iwconfig wlan0 essid *****
ifconfig wlan0 x.x.x.x
route add default gw x.x.x.x
