MN-720 Wireless Card Help

I am running Suse 9.1 on a Compaq laptop. I have two nics in the system one being a Realtek integrated card and the other a Microsoft MN-720 wireless card. I am new to Linux and need some help past what I have found out so far from this board. I have managed to install and configure ndiswrapper and get the wireless nic drivers installed. The card seems to be working fine, all lights are lit and I have activity. I ran ifstatus and the wireless nic has an IP address and all DNS settings are right. I do not have the Realtek connected. When I try and go to a web site or ping one I get no response. I can ping other devices that are on the same segment as I am. When I do an iwconfig it says the wireless card is using wlan0 not sure if this is right or not or if it should be using eth0 or 1. Also when the system boots up it does not start the wireless nic, I have to type in modprode ndiswrapper to get the card active. I have tried to get the card to be activated on boot without much luck. Like I said I am new to Linux so any help would be appreciated.

Once again, I have figured out how to get the device to activate on boot up. To get it to start at boot time I had to add the line, ndiswrapper to the /etc/modules.conf file. I do have a little problem that I am trying to work through. For some reason I have to reboot twice before I can get onto the net. So I hope this helps someone else out there that may be new and needs the help like me.
