Mandriva 64-bit Wireless w\ ndiswrapper

I have an out of the cd install of AMD64 Mandriva LE2005.

I tried to use ndiswrapper with 32 bit drivers and it said it can't be done because it needs 64 bit drivers. Is there anyway to maybe compile ndiswrapper for 32-bit and use 32 bit drivers?

The card I'm using is the WG311v2 ACX111 Chipset.
