linux w/ Cisco CB21ag wireless Card 802.11a/b/g

HI,

I'm running RH9 /XD2 and I have a Cisco 802.11a/b/g wireless card(CB21AG).

I'm trying to get them to work with no luck. I was using the a Proxim Gold b/g card with madwifi drivers but, I had to fresh install my OS and now the drivers aren't working. at least I might now have them configured correctly. Actually both cards have the Atheros chipsets so if I can get it to work with one then I might get it to work with the other. My question is

How to I get pcmcia/cardctl/cardmgr (or what ever assigns drivers) to recognize the card when I insert it and associate that card with a particular driver(s)?

Does anyone know if the CB21AG has ever worked on linux?

Thanks,

psychobyte; check with linuxquestions, org`s hardware compatibility list & mandrake-linux compatibility list. if ur device is listed then it should work. just a matter of configuring it properly. there are two(2)
sections : wireless & pcmcia covering ur ??.
http://tldp.org/HOWTO/Hardware-HOWTO/index.html
& within mandrake site is HCL. check them out first!
