linux distributions that are loaded with firmware drivers out of the box

I want to know the name of the linux distributions that are loaded with firmware distributions out of the box.. I found two yet.. one is ubuntu 9.04 and another is crunchbang linux. please someone specify in easy words about the other similar distributions.. thank you..

For many purposes, Linux Mint works out of the box. However, I am not sure how different the kernel of Mint is with respect to Ubuntu.
