Laptop-net on wired/wireless interface

Ok. I have an Ubuntu machine with two network interfaces. eth0 is a normal wired connection, eth1 is wireless. They both come up, and both can get IPs and such. What I want to do is set it up so that when I plug in the wired connection, the wireless one will come down, and when I unplug the wired one it will come back up. I've looked at laptop-net, but I can't figure out how to make it work with two interfaces. Has anyone done something like this before?

there is a tool called ifplugd which handles the plugged part, i'm sure you can configure it to bring down the wireless connection
