Is it possible to bridge ethernet and wifi?

I have an ethernet port and wifi built-in to my laptop and i was trying to bridge them both to get more bandwith is there any way to do this? I tried the regular instructions but the problem I have is they each have different gateways is there any way to use multiple gateways? Or some other way to share bandwith between them?

that's not going to be a traditional bridge as you see it. if you want to use multiple gateways check chapter 4 (or 10) at lartc.org for load sharing rules.
