Question How to use a linksys usb11 v2.6 wireless adapter with fedora core 8

The name says it all: How to use a linksys usb11 v2.6 wireless adapter with fedora core 8. This is my first (second really, but my first was a commercial redhat linux of 1999) time using linux and I understand minimal (linux) techno-jargon. I do tech support for windows and mac, but this is my first time with linux.

Oh, I currently have it wired into the router so I can access the internet, but my room is across the hall and the wired connection is temporary at best.
