how to simulate FMIPv6 in ns2 ???

Hi everybody:
I am a beginner in ns2 , and I want to somulate handover.
I will integrate FMIPv6 with MIH 802.21.

From where I can download FMIPv6 and MIH patches.
If there is a code examples or text files can explain the steps in detail, please tell me.

another question for expret, alwayes when I search for any info about FMIPv6, PMIPv6 is in the result.
Does it give good performance than fast mipv6????
