How to setup 3com Airconnect wlan pcmcia card?

I'm a newbie to Linux and I have no clue at all on how to get my 3com Airconnect wlan pcmcia card to work.

I think the card itslf it detected because i flashes.

Can someone please give me a hint on how to do this?

As root, have you tried:

#redhat-config-network

and seeing if your device is actually listed?
