How to connect to internet using the internal 802.11b/g wireless LAN in laptop

Dear Gentlemen & Ladies

I m a super newbie who just played with Linux. Installed Suse 9.1 personal into a 1.3GHz Acer Celeron Laptop. My question is, how to setup and connect to internet this 802.11b/g wireless LAN system that comes with this laptop of mine?

I would like to use the free high-speed wireless connection offered by some cafes nearby my place ;p i wish to surf and download some patches/iso CDs ;p Currently i m using the dial-up (56KB) - too slow for downloading or any serious surfing ;p

please advise me as i really had hard time figuring out the wireless system or how to make it works!

thx a zillion in advance for any helps or advices :)
