Fedora 13 ndiswrapper question

Hi,

Hopefully this is quite an easy problem to solve! I have a Netgear WG511 v2 wireless card, which has been configured to run through ndiswrapper. The card connects no problem -- but only if I insert the wireless card after startup. It doesn't work if the card is alredy inserted on startup.

I'm guessing I'm missing something in a startup script somewhere, something which happens when the card is inserted, but not sure what!

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Is ndiswrapper in your /etc/modprobe.d directory? I remember having to add this myself when I had my old laptop running Fedora 9 I think it was. Maybe trying to add a script for it there would load the module at boot-time with your device plugged in instead of it adding the module dynamically?
