ethernet bridge (wlan0 eth1) - canīt ping

I canīt make ethernet bridge with bridge utils working.
I have wlan0 and eth1 interfaces, wlan0 is connected to wireless network 255.255.255.128 and AP with IP 192.168.163.1, nameserver is 192.168.129.1, driver for wlan0 is provided by ndis wrapper (card is edimax 7125+/Global Sun ACX 100). Eth1 is connected to computer with WIN XP on it and its IP is 192.168.163.4
I made new bridge br0 over eth1 and wlan0. IP of the new bridge is 192.168.163.3, netmask 255.255.255.128
I have add route to 192.168.163.4 using dev br0.
The problem is that I still canīt ping 192.168.163.4. And I have one other question. How should I set the route to AP that is also my gateway ?
IP forwarding is enabled, all interfaces are up (wlan0 and eth1 are with 0.0.0.0).
Hardware is OK, because it works under WIN XP.
Iīm using SUSE 9.1 Prof.
Thanks a lot for possible advice.
