Easiest wireless PCI card with RH 9?

I've tried a number of different PCI wireless cards on my Redhat 9 system. None of them are detected by Kudzu or recognized by redhat-network-config. Kernel 2.4.20, which I'm using, is supposed to have some wireless support. Can anyone recommend an 802.11b card that just works with RH9 without rebuilding the kernel, ideally with minimal manual configuration?
