not to be rude or anything, but u could at least search the forum for the device u r using.
anyway check dmesg , see what chipset the device 's using, but most likely u'd need to use a ndiswrapper.
ok then try searching for ndiswrapper. there's plenty of info on the forums and in the tutorials/networking section.
basically you need to get the source code for ndiswrapper (http://freshmeat.net/projects/ndiswrapper/) , source code of your kernel (check with uname -r command). the just go from there , which is very easy (tutorials).
