Does Linux have some software similar to netstumbler?

Hi, i want to know that does linux have some software similar to netstumbler?

I am using Xubuntu 7.04
Network Adapter Atheros (madwifi)

Uh yeah, about a dozen of them.

But Kismet is certainly the best scanner you can use, on any platform, so start with that.

If Kismet is a little overwhelming for you, you might want to check out Wellenreiter. Not as capable as Kismet, but is a lot easier to use.
