D-Link USB Adapter on Fedora?

I have fedora core 1 on my computer, but I realy need the internet for its full potentail. I have a D-link Wireless G USB Network adapter as my key to the internet for my dial-up modem is a Winmodem. Dose anyone know if you can make it work? Or are USB adapter not compatable with fedora?Please help me.
