D-link 650+ wireless card on SUSE 9.3

Hi all,
well to start I'm a new in the Linux univers, I've already installed a MDK 2005 LE on my laptop worked with for a while and I wanted to try other Linux OS, do I got a chance to have a SUSE pro 9.3 as a cover disc of a Mag and I've installed it with a total success but now I got the same problem that I had on the MDK, my PCMCIA wireless card wont connect to the net even that the SUSE os recognize it with no problem.
tried to post dor help in some forums but till now I did not get any respose,
I know that the chipset is a texas instrument ACX 100 TI and most people who got the problem have been talking about the ndiswrapper, uninstalling the SUSE one and installing the one from a sourceforge.com.
I guess this is a bit challenging for me but I'm still trying to get in to it.
if any one of you could help me it will be really greatfull from you.
My yahoo ID is arameya1@yahoo.fr so please feel free to contact me.
many thankx
Mooo

Even though SuSE recognizes your card, it still may not have the driver to make it work. It recognized mine, but I still had to use ndiswrapper to make it work. Ndiswrapper is a program that allows you to use a windows driver in linux. You can find the windows driver for your card at this link. http://www.dlink.com/products/suppor...&sec=0#drivers The newest version of ndiswrapper can be found on sourceforge as a tar file. Simply download the file and follow the directions here http://ndiswrapper.sourceforge.net/m...p/Installation Good Luck and I hope this helps!

I don't know what to anymore. I finaly made contact with my wireless accespoint (DWL-900AP+) wth my card (DWL-650+). Now after my accespoint stands a router, also from d-link. Now it seems that i can't contact my router. If I make a fisical connection betweenmy labtop and the router then i can acces internet. The wireless connection works completly under wndows.
Any ideas?
