Angry Connection problem with 2.4GHz Wifi

A lot of Microwave and Cordless operate in the same frequency as most recent wifi cards, Whenever someone is using a 2.4GHz microwave or cordless phone, I automatically lose connection...Do you guys have some tricks to minimize this problem?
