Thumbs up cisco aironet wireless on panasonic toughbook

I am using a panasonic toughbook with RH 7.3, which has a built in cisco aironet wireless card. I am unable to activate the card using network configuration.

I have module airo and airo_cs loaded. There is no detection of the card
at bootup.

Please help.

Try downgrading the firmware to 45c42530 you can get it on Cisco's website.
