Can anyone recommend a good laptop wifi card?

I'm looking for a wifi card to use in my laptop that will be able to run in monitor mode. I would like to set the system up so that it runs a liveCD version of linux and would like to be able to run airsnort, kismet such. I had a broadcom 4318 running under ndiswrapper, but it or the driver didn't support monitor mode.


Any suggestions?
