Belkin wirless help


Alright, got a belkin Dual Dand Wireless A+G Desktop Network Card For my computer, runs fine on windows xp but redhat doesnt have the drivers, I tried searching google and no luck. Can anyone help me?

Maybe if you let us know the actual make + model we could point you in the right direction Also, the HCL on this website might offer some insight as to what drivers you need and any extra configuration instructions.

um..what? sorry, still new to linux and im not sure what your talking about there..and I checked the website..not pretty..

So where would i find the make and model..

It will tell you on the box or in the manuals that card with the card...

Ok.. not sure what to put here just tells me that its a Belkin A+G Desktop Wireless Network Card with 108 mbps x 32 wireless..not sure if that helps or not.. and the model number (i think not sure) is P74733

I have an identical problem, but with a Belkin F5D7001 802.11g desktop card. System does not recognize the hardware at all. I was trying to get Red Hat 9.0 to recognize it, with no luck, and had preiously tried with Ubuntu. For a newbie, are there some specific steps I can take to make this work? All other Red Hat features seem to work fine.

You can use ndiswrapper to get it working.
