lo is actually a device, not an error message. It is basicaly the computer's internal network interface (you'll see it on all computers with linux installed) and is supposed to be there. Since the iwconfig command simply shows you what network interfaces have wireless capability, and lo is a valid network interface, your output is telling you that lo isn't a wireless card. This is good, because lo shouldn't have wireless capability. However, it looks as if your wlan0 is just fine. You've got your SSID set (hopefully to the right name) and it seems to have found your access point. Pretty much all you have to do at this point is get an IP address for wlan0 and you should be good to go. Try dhcpcd wlan0 to get an IP address.
