About buffalo G54 wireless router
 
Does any one have successfully install the driver of buffalo G54 ?
I can't install it on fedora core2, any subsitute driver is aivilable?

Why do you need drivers for a wireless router? The only things I know of you needing drivers for would be a wireless card.

Thanks for your reply, actually I have a buffalo 802.11g wireless router G54 in my home network, and the buffalo client device is attatched to a computer which fedora core 2 is installed. The OS seem cannot detect the client device, or cannot find suitable driver of it in other word, so I would like to ask if there any subsitute driver of it.

There is probably a driver, at least through ndiswrapper. Can you provide a specific model number?

My wireless router is buffalo WBR2-G54, and the client is WLI2-USB2-G54, and i found the chip in the usb client is broadcom, any idea? thanks for your kindly reply

I'm think think to buy a buffalo WLI2-USB2-G54 for to used on SuSE Linux, i would like know if you can install this on your linux, and if you make then how to make.
