which is the good book to learn virtualization


I want to learn how virtual kernel works, how it handles the guest instructions, translate and run on the actual hardware. which is the best resource to find this info? any book? website?

You should find virtualization documentation related to the operating system and virtualization environment you are using, usually from the environment provider and community. All guides, howtos and background dox I've seen so far were pretty useful (for the cases I needed them for).
