Which Distro Best Runs Virtual Box?

Which distro best, most stabley and simply runs systems like XP in virtual Box and VM Ware?

Gentoo, Ubuntu, Debian, Mint, Fedora...?

I might add, I downloaded it for Mint 7, and it was not possible to get it running with my know how. Unlike in Mint 5.

I could not get it install the CD. Good to have a link for that one, for Virtual Box.

Works perfect on Slackware 32 & 64 also Bluewhite64

I would avoid openSUSE for a host because I found that the updates quite often bork stuff.

Fedora kernel updates don't load any kernel modules until the next round of updates. For the average user, not a problem, but if you use virtualbox every day, or like me, rely on extra kernel modules for wifi drivers, they're broken after every update.
