VMware RHEL Guest - Dynamically resizing memory

Hi

If I allocate 4GB to a VM guest, running RHEL in VMware 4 or 5 and I change this to 8GB, is there any method or trick for the Linux Kernel to dynamically use the extra 4GB without rebooting ?

Thanks
