Suggestion need for developing OPEN STACK

Hi team,

we are planning to trying out open stack on linux desktop.

i am bit confused on choosing linux distro for developing open stack.

i have two options Fedora 19 or Ubuntu 13 .
Please suggest good distro for developing open stack.

use the distro you know best. if you develop something worthwhile, you will in any case have to package and test for RPM and DEB distrobutions.
