Question Question About Xen-3.0.3-94.el5

Hello ~

I have the question about XEN(xen-3.0.3-94.el5).
It works on RHEL 5.2 with H.P DL380 G6 server(quad-core CPU).

The server just runs ohya01 guest instance(see below 1.1), but doing I.O operation on ohya01 is so slowly.(see below 1.2)

Somebody meets the question? Please help me to adjust the XEN service.

Thanks.

Mark,

Not overly familiar with Xen, but virtuals I do know quite well. When you run the dd, are you running on local disk to the Physical server or is the Xen guest disk space on a NAS/SAN system?

If you run the DD within the physical server, what kind of response do you get?

Stuart.
