qemu run usbdevice as non root

hi

im trayng run usb wireless adapter with qemu but only works as root. how to run as normal user. i try create rule in udev even after restart not working.

im using arch host and vm. virtual machine will be firewall so i dont whant run it as root, but i canot figur out have to do this.
