Making virtualcluster with VMWare

hi folks. i have been trying to make a virtual cluster between several VMs with VMWare but i've never been success to make it.
so, please help me if there is someone out there that actually have tried it and succeed, please give me the step-by-step how to make that. This is for my undergraduate project and i'm dying for it. Please... :(

1 physical ESX host - Create 3 Virtual ESX Hosts, Add to New Cluster, Create VM..... Figure out your shared storage, and networking

@zer0signal : can you explain to me how to make it step by step? or maybe give me a reference for this study? best regards,

just create a VM for your ESX Host

@ zer0signal : i think you misunderstood my question. I mean i will make cluster between several VMs on a computer and than i use a software for clustering such as Red Hat, Windows Server , etc within this virtual cluster. hehe :)
anyway thanks for the response.

No worries, it should be the same as making it with a physical server.
