Limitations in XenServer vs Xen

I've noticed that the free version of Citrix XenServer has some limitations including:

Live memory snapshot & revert, performance alerting, reporting, role based admin.

These sound like things I might be interested in taking advantage of. Does the FOSS version (at xen.org) have these or equivalent features? Also, do backup providers like Alike support the FOSS version?
