Unhappy KVM Relocation and Backup

I have been trying to shift the kvm from one system to another system.I ve tried compying image files and .xml from the source system files and put in the same path of the destination system...But failed..

Ive tried Convirt also. After creating the server in the pool it shows only the main host information in which KVM machines are running, but not the KVMs.

Is there any other better tool to do this .Preferably i dont want any tools .Just simple image shifting from one system to another system.
Please help me out.

after you moved the image, did you also make sure the images are accessible to libvirt?
