KVM guest change console to tty0

Hi

I have already setup guest but with graphic consoel VNC.
Now I want to change configuration of this guest to allow me to access console of this guest on hypervisors tty0.

When I wanted to setup guest with this kind of console i typed :
Code:
virt-install --name vm_guest1 --ram 1024 --disk /RHEV/vm_images/vm_guest1.img,size=6 --network network:default --vcpu=2 --connect qemu:///system --nographics --os-variant rhel6 -l /usr/rhel-server-6.3-x86_64.iso --extra-args='console=tty0 console=ttyS0'
What to do, in order to allow allready created guest e.g.vm_guest2 access console in cli ?

Best Regards

1. The VM's grub.conf kernel options line should contain "console=ttyS0"
2. edit the VM definitions, under devices add:
Quote:
<serial type='pty'>
<target port='0'/>
</serial>
<console type='pty'>
<target type='serial' port='0'/>
</console>
3. start the VM and connect to the serial console by running `virsh console VMNAME`
