kernel panic - core dump indicates what the problem is?

My server crashed and it's been doing so occasionally. I'm wondering if the dump on the screen is giving any indication of what's going on with the T110 the ESX server is running on when it bricks.

Thanks for any insight you might be able to provide

Lost heartbeat doesn't tell you much other than that the system locked up so hard that the heartbeat couldn't run. Was the system under a heavy load at the time? Is there a process consuming all CPU or memory?
