iptables on OpenVZ VPS "No chain"

Hello, dear colleges

I'm trying to insert iptables rule
Code:
iptables -A INPUT -m conntrack --ctstate RELATED,ESTABLISHED -j ACCEPT
on my Debian 7 OpenVZ VPS
and it fails with
Quote:
iptables: No chain/target/match by that name
Can anyone, please, explain me why "there is no INPUT chain" (as I understand this sentence)?
