Install Citrix/XenServer on VPS

Have a VPS with any distro. But....... I want to install Citrix/XenServer on it and since I don't "own" the DVD-slot I cannot. All install "tutorials" talk about installing it from a CD.
The reason behind it: I want to simply run a Windows .EXE on a Linux server and so far I haven't struck pay-dirt.........

I really doubt you'd be able to run XenServer on a VPS, XenServer requires specific virtualisation hardware so it's extremely unlikely to ever run under another virtualised environment.

As for running a Windows .exe on Linux, isn't that what WINE is for?

thanks all. I got it working with Virtualbox on Debian Wheezy, with the help of TeraTerm and Xming Server (local installed)
