How to establish the remote desktop connection

Hi Guys,

I have configured a VPN(PPTP) and i need to see the other end's machine's desktop, through the VPN

VPN is working without a problem, but how can i see the desktop of the other end's machine.

What does this have to do with virtualization??
What does this even have to do with VPN's??

What is the other machine?? Windows? Linux? OSX? If you want to get help you need to ask proper questions and provide useful information. generally speaking you shouldn't need to do anything different if a machine is accessed via a VPN or not.

Other machine is on SLES 11, here im talking abt the two machines exist in two different country. i have to connect through a VPN to the other network which is exists on another country. after connected i wanna login to that SLES 11 machine and do some work (there i wanna see that machines desktop after i logged in )

OpenSuSE 11.1 ----VPN---- SLES 11

Right, so use whatever tool you want, e.g. NX or VNC. A VPN is not "interesting" in this scenario as long as the ports are reachable across it.

Thing is i dont know any tool to connect like remote desktop in windows, theres a tool in OpenSuSE 11.1 called Remote Desktop Client (KRDP) but i cant connect through that, though i connected to the VPN.

After i connected to the VPN i should be able to connect to those machines like those exists in my own network. but i cant. actually i dont know a tool to connect to those machines.

Can you help me on this.

I already told you to try NX or VNC, what else can I say?
