how to determine KVM capable for computer without knowing /proc/cpuinfo

I want to purchase a computer that comes with a AMD Athlon II M300(2.0GHz) CPU. Since I don't have physical access to the computer, I was wondering how to figure out if it is KVM VT capable without knowing /proc/cpuinfo.

I noticed these features listed from a Google search
http://www.x86-guide.com/en/cpu/AMD-...pu-no4016.html
Functions/Features
Dual Core
Enhanced 3DNow!
Execute Disable Bit
HyperTransport 3.0 Technology
MMX
Pacifica
PowerNow!
SSE
SSE2
SSE3
SSE4a
x86-64 instructions

Very first link from a Google Search of "AMD Athlon II M300"
http://products.amd.com/en-us/Notebo...il.aspx?id=583

The Processor's manufacturer will list the specs for it. Notice in the table, the section Virtualization Yes

---edit---
Just because the processor supports VT extensions does not mean the OEM will let you have the option in the BIOS. Quite a few notebook makers and some Desktop motherboard makers will disable this feature. It's better to contact the actual notebook maker, or at least search their support docs to find out for sure if VT extensions are supported on that model.
