Easy way to start with cloud environment

My goal is to install 2-3 servers in the datacenter to run some Windows and Linux virtual machines.
hardware servers will have public IP's why I prefer to install an iso that is already secure.
I read a lot about virtualization in last days .... and I still don't know how to start .
This is what I need :
- Web control panel
- I want to be able to add - remove hard drives from hardware servers in the web control panel.
- I want to be able to save / recover virtual machines from one server to another in the web control panel.

There is no SAN/NAS storage .

Thanks

P.S. Sorry for my English and please be please be understanding ... This is my firt question here ...

Welcome to LQ vasile.popovici :)

If you go with the qemu/libvirt combo you'll get a good platform with several front-ends available (some are web-based), free of charge.
Check here for more info: http://www.linux-kvm.org/page/Management_Tools

You can also opt for some enterprise linux distros (like redhat) that offer a more polished package (and support), but it may cost you a bit of cash.

For the begginers I find https://www.proxmox.com/ very friendly.
