DHCP Server on isolated guest network

I've seen variations of this when searching through the threads here, but (and I may have overlooked it), I haven't seen anyone trying to create a completely isolated network and serving DHCP/DNS to that isolated network from a guest machine.

If it helps, I'm setting up a PXE boot / kickstart environment.

Looking for any information I can find on how to get this configured.

Edit:
Centos 7 & KVM

DHCP only ever runs on the local LAN segment, so it doesn't care that its isolated. DNS would be configured as a master that doesn't forward any requests. What part of this are you having trouble with?

I guess this is a test setup that you can copy or make some generic dns entries on a server. Centos ought to work as a tftp/nfs server for images. It could work for bootp. As well as dhcp to clients.

For most of this, consider the client to be a real computer. Some few issues with how a vm works in networking only.
