Debian consistently fails to install

I am attempting to install Debian (64-bit) in virtualbox. Initially I tried testing, but then tried Lenny.

The installation step which fails is "install software." I am attempting to install from the DVD-1 iso. Is there anything I may be doing incorrectly?
