Cannot create Xen VPS

Hi,

I'm trying to create Xen VPS, but it throws the error:

Creating journal (32768 blocks): mkfs.ext3: Read-only file system
while trying to create journal^M
Running command 'mkfs.ext3 -F /home/xen/domains/test.server.net/disk.img 2>&1' failed with exit code 256.
Aborting

Any idea?

Thanks.
