Which VM has Virtual SCSI Disks

I've been looking a VM SW, VBox and Qemu, and I'm looking to emulate scsi disks for an install, not ide. Anyone know which program will let me emulate scsi disks?

I don't know about VirtualBox or Qemu but VMWare does.
