I chose CentOS for the openvz host now. I still have some problem. My host box has 5 public IP's, I do not know how to define a specified IP to the Container and let it to be accessible from internet. Command vzctl set {CTID} --ipadd {n.n.n.n} --save does not work for me. I have looked at the openvz.org wiki but still could not figure out of how to yet.
If your running Iptables etc it will need to be NAT'd etc. Have you checked out this section for some help: http://wiki.openvz.org/Category:Networking. I don't need this functionality but you could also try their forums, they seam a hellpfull bunch.
