LUGOR is the oldest continuously running LUG and has large user base in the greater Rochester area.

LUGOR meetings are held monthly; usually on the third Thursday of every month. The group consists of beginners, 'gray beard' experts and all levels in between. Personal users, IT Professionals and developers are all welcome.

Meetings are held in Rochester NY on the RIT campus. Anyone is welcome to attend but the majority of members are from Monroe County. Members also hail from Orleans, Genesee, Livingston, Wyoming, Ontario, Yates, Seneca and Wayne Counties.
